Alex Teoh is a renowned Lean and Continuous Improvement expert in the Asia Pacific region. Well known for his ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner and lead cost effective improvement implementations, he has led Lean Transformation projects from both Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing sectors across different industries in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Philippine.
During the past decade, he has trained hundreds of executive and led improvement projects in various industries such as engine assembly plant, PCB assembly plant, component manufacturing for automobile and computer industry, bottling line, textile and apparel manufacturing, footwear, fast moving consumer product, furniture, rubber and plastic molding operation and more. His clients include Motorola (multiple sites), Bayer, Continental, Nichias, Dynacraft, Prolexus, MSD, Banta Global and many more.
Alex Teoh speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Malay. He holds an honours degree in Industrial Engineering from the UNSW, Australia. He is a qualified MTM and GSD practitioner and a trained Six Sigma Black Belter.
